Heavenly Estates

2025 Update: On September 2, 2025 the Holmdel Planning Board approved a plan for Heavenly Estates for 16 homes on the 92-acre property, with over 50 acres being deeded to the Monmouth County Park system for open space with trails.

Heavenly Estates is the name for a proposed development at 26 West Main Street (Route 520), west of Holmdel Village and just before Rte 34. It is across the road from the Prudential/Vonage property.

The Heavenly Estates application was scheduled to be heard on Tuesday, June 18, but it was postponed until September 3, 2024.
