This page provides background information regarding the Colts Neck Manor development. Colts Neck Manor is a large residential development planned near the intersection of Rte 537 and School Road, near Colts Neck High School. While not in Holmdel, it is near, and practically on top of, the Yellow Brook, which is a major tributary to the Swimming River Reservoir. Any water-related issues, such as stormwater run-off and flooding, or problems with the proposed sewage treatment plant, will affect the drinking water of much of Monmouth County.
