Heavenly estates Application Update
On September 2, 2025 the Holmdel Planning Board approved a new design for Heavenly Estates under rural conservation zoning. Under that zoning, 16 homes will be built on the 92-acre property, with more than 50 acres being deeded to the Monmouth County Park system for open space with trails.

VONAGE REDEVELOPMENT INFORMATION
On Thursday, December 19, the Township Committee held a public hearing regarding the redevelopment plan for the former Vonage property, now owned by CHA Holdings.
